1. Is it safe to use my credit card on your site? 
Shopping at 1-daytee.co.nz is safe. The 1-daytee.co.nz Safe Shopping Guarantee backs every credit card purchase you make at 1-daytee.co.nz and our site is protected by SSL encryption technology. .
2. What forms of payment do you accept? We currently accept Visa and MasterCard payments for all orders.
3. How do I order items with Cashier's Cheques or Money Orders?? At this time we do not accept Cashier's Cheques or Money Orders.
4. Do you ship to addresses outside New Zealand? At this stage we only ship to New Zealand based addresses.
5. Do you ship to PO Box addresses? Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes, but if your order is over $1000.00 it has to be shipped to a Residential or Business address.
6. Can I add more than one product to my basket? Because our 1-daytees are exclusive, limited edition releases we have set a limit of 2 tee's per customer. This is to make it fair and give all our customers a chance to own one of our uniquely designed t-shirts.
7. Can I combine my 1-daytee order with one from the 1-day.co.nz site? No as much as we’d like to this cannot be done. Because of the nature of 1-daytee we use different processing mechanisms to get your order to you. Any attempt by us to merge your order with a www.1-day.co.nz site order could end in disaster and we don’t want that!!
8. When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong? Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card. Also, please be aware that we currently accept Visa and MasterCard for credit card payments.
9. Do you do back orders? While we do everything we can to make sure our stock levels are accurate at all times there may be occasions due to unforeseen circumstances where we are unable to fulfill your order or source a replacement product. If this should occur we will contact you and offer either a store credit for the value of your purchase or a full refund. Please note that we that we cannot offer a backorder or “rain check “facility”.
10. What are cookies? Do I need to enable cookies on my browser to shop at 1-daytee.co.nz? A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web site and is stored on your computer's hard drive. If your browser's preferences allow it (most browsers are installed with cookies enabled), each web site can send its own cookie to your browser. To protect your privacy, cookies do not store personal information but instead use anonymous unique identifiers. Each web site can only access the cookie they have sent to your hard drive, not the cookies sent by other web sites.
