At 1-daytee we do our best to provide as much information about ourselves and our daily sales right here on the site. Before contacting us please check our Help section first.

If you have a question that isn’t covered here or is specific to an order you have made then we have 2 ways for you to get hold of us:

1. Q + A - With this nifty feature, which you'll find at the top of each product page, you’ll get to see the questions that our customers are asking about the product on sale at the time, along with our Customer Service team’s response. More often than not all of your questions will be answered here, however if you still have a product related question simply hit the ‘ask a question button’ to submit it. Our friendly crew will then email and post the response to your question on the site, as soon as they’ve had a chance to review it.

2. Fire a Form through - Occasionally we do let the 1-daytee crew have breaks or we might even let them go home at night sometimes if we’re feeling really generous. In that case you might find that we’re not hanging around the site at all times. Don’t panic, you can still send us a message by filling out the form below.
